	Cardinal Empire Company This skyscraper of a building is the headquarters of the marketing empire, Cardinal Empire Company. It is constructed of steel with the finest tinge of a Dwemeris alloy - boasting its defensive exterior. It is very high security, since every single hall is monitored by Dwemer centurions. The building itself has 12 floors - which means very long stairways and ladders, making an infiltrator appear obvious, and tired before any sort of goal can be completed. The President and CEO of C.E.C. doesn't live here, however, he frequents the building often at the highest floor. At the lower levels of the building itself (beneath the ground) are the research and development departments, where most of the security is focused to monitor the workers, as well as to defend the research/innovations/inventions of the company. On the middle level, only about a quarter of what's patrolling the lower levels is stationed since the only thing to monitor on this level is who comes in and who goes out, or what they bring with them. On higher levels are the conference rooms, lounges, etc... and they have the lowest focus of security. High Office of Administration	0	0
	Castle Blacklight Castle Blacklight is built up on a steep hill that overlooks the city of Blacklight, and has an aerial advantage against oncoming forces. The main class of troops quartered along the walls of the castle are archers, and just a few cannoneers, granted cannons by their Count's company, Cardinal Empire Company. This fortification is what makes the city of Blacklight a nice center of defense against invaders. The castle's courtyard is also lined with hidden defenses, such as holes in certain areas, for bows to poke their heads out of and fire down on invaders - but, generally, there are simply knights wondering about, keeping the castle grounds safe, and departing downward into the city itself to patrol, or sleep. There is a long bride, lit with torches that connects Castle Blacklight to the city of Blacklight below - it could also serve as the only point to infiltrate the castle itself without some incredible climbing skills.
