	High Office of Administration The High Office of Administration is the seat of the Cardinal Empire Company, and all of its properties throughout Tamriel. It is here where the President and CEO manages the affairs of his worldwide monopoly of a variety of products, be they consumer goods, weapons, armor, etc... It is the core of a vast network. At the entrance, there are two secretaries, one serves as the receiver of information to the CEO/President and the sender of information within the building itself. Obviously, the sender is a fast runner, with impressive endurance/stamina. Behind the secretaries is large two-door entrance that leads to the CEO/President's quarters. In the CEO/President's quarters is his main desk, a large working space amd conference room in the sides of his quarters, as well as a library of books regarding his trade neatly organized along the walls. There is very little security in the room itself, and a large window behind the Cardinal Empire Company's seat of power, that has a beautiful and vigilant panoramic view of Blacklight, and a little beyond the walls themselves.	0	0
