Speaker (have the jurisdiction to recruit, and hand out contracts to sanctuaries; serve as Councilors for entire Faction; 5 at max) 8. Listener (serves as the de'facto ruler of the faction, and reports to the Black Hand with new assignments to hand out)
Mages Guild
1. Associate 2. Apprentice (gain access to the Arcane University grounds) 3. Journeyman 4. Evoker 5. Conjurer 6. Magician 7. Warlock 8. Wizard (jurisdiction to manage a single Mages Guild) 9. Master-Wizard (given a seat on the Council of Mages in the Arcane University; up to 5) 10. Arch-Mage (serves as the leader of the Council of Mages based at the Arcane University, and lives at the peak of the tower itself with total access to the Guild)

Fighters Guild
